Types of Pain
There are many types of pain , sometimes generalized or local, and there is no single way to treat pain . Once we have identified the cause, we must treat it first and also try to relieve the pain. It is evident that if there is a fracture or a blow we must take action immediately. But in the rest of the cases, we tend to go ahead and treat the pain without even asking ourselves, for example, why our head hurts. There is pain in the head, throat, back, lower back, joint, stomach...etc. Each pain is different and can have a different origin. Possibly the most common pain is a headache. On one occasion I read that there are 200 causes of this pain . Among the most common are: constipation, dehydration, coffee use, or an allergic reaction.
