Kombu laminate

Cooked: Cut into strips with scissors and boil for about 30 minutes without prior soaking, along with other vegetables, legumes, rice, stews, soups, etc.
It can also be previously dry toasted and added to tortillas, stuffings, sautéed dishes or any preparation. Because it is a flat and flexible seaweed, it lends itself to making rolls.
Clean if there are remains of shells

Works best with
Brown algae with large sheets. Rich in alginic and glutamic acid and minerals: iodine, calcium and iron. Sweeter flavor than Kombu and faster cooking.
