HOW TO USE
It can be incorporated into processed foods, yogurts, milks, vegetables and sweeteners. It can be used in baking, to help preserve moisture in cakes and cookies and is a great binding agent for many foods. as a thickener or to add any food or drink with little or almost no impact on the flavor. For every 5 grams of product, fiber intake increases by 4.4 grams.

By mixing it with water and heating it, Inulin can be used to produce a syrup. Inulin can also be added to smoothies to make them thicker and to increase sweetness.
