\nIt is the value that measures the acidity-alkalinity of blood, urine, saliva and tissues and that affects every cell in our body. The relationship between acid and bases (alkali salts) is calculated on a scale that goes from 0 to 14, where 7 is a neutral value. Above would be the range of alkalinity and below that of acidity. This is the well-known “hydrogen potential” or pH.
