Modo de Uso
The powder is slightly sweet and can be sprinkled on food or used in a shake or smoothie. Approximately 5 g. a day or a teaspoon.
You can also add 3 to 5 g to a cup of boiling water, let it sit for 5 minutes, strain and drink.
