Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B9 contributes to the cell division process. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

• ALA, 80 mg.
• Magnesium, 75 mg.
• Vitamin B1, 1.1 mg.

• Vitamin B12, 2.5 µg

How to use

Take two infusionable tablets at night. They can be taken orally in the traditional way or if you prefer to take an infusion, pour two tablets into a cup of hot water.
