Cordyceps Sinensis is a mushroom that grows inside an insect. Today the mushroom continues to be harvested naturally in its habitat on the high plains of Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, Northern India and the Chinese province of Sichuan. The Chinese have used it for more than 1200 years as part of their herbal tradition.
