How to use
Use 10g of kuzu for every 250 ml of liquid. Dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water before use. Use 50g of kuzu per 400 ml of liquid to make a pudding. If gray kuzu is used, 20% more kuzu will be needed.
