How do I redeem my points?

In this article we are going to see how the rewards program works and how to redeem the points that we generate with our purchases.

How to get points

For every euro spent in the store, one point is accumulated. These points accumulate and appear in "Your Rewards" as we will see below.

In addition to the points you have three other discounts available:

• Free shipping on orders over €75
• 5% discount on orders over €90
• 10% discount on orders over €120

How to Use Points Automatically

First we will find the rewards section at the bottom left of the page.

When we click on the "Rewards" button, a drop-down menu will appear with several options.

In this menu we will look for the section called: "Your rewards".

By clicking on "Your rewards" we will see the coupons that we can redeem based on the points we have accumulated.

When we click on a coupon we can directly add it to the cart by clicking on the "Apply code" button.

Once this is done, the coupon will be automatically applied and we will be able to see the discount on the payment screen.

How to Use Points Manually

If the automatic method does not work we can always copy the code and paste it on the payment screen in the discount codes section as follows:

When choosing a coupon from those available to redeem, the same menu will appear as in the automatic option. Instead of "Apply code" we will copy it as seen below:

First we will click on the cart:

Once we have our purchase ready in the cart, we will click on the "Checkout" button:

Once on the payment screen we can see that on the right side there is a section called "Discount code".

This is where we will need to add the code we copied earlier and apply it.

You can now enjoy your discount!
